What is Health Coaching?
A health coach is, as Joshua Rosenthal of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition says, a guide on the side. You are the player on the field. People work with health coaches for many different reasons and in many different ways. Perhaps you have tried different diets to lose weight and nothing seems to last long-term. Maybe you are struggling to manage your stress level and your mood, sleep, and productivity are being impacted. You might be overwhelmed with behavior challenges as a parent or feeling disconnected from your significant other. You might just be in a rut, feeling tired and in need of a boost.
As a health coach, I can support you in exploring where you would like to make shifts in your life, help you identify appropriate action steps & create routines to establish lasting habits, act as an accountability partner and sounding board, and connect you with information and resources that are in sync with your values and support your journey.

How Does it Work?
The first step is a Health History Consultation. During this complimentary hour-long session, we explore your history and your goals and you get an opportunity to hear more about the programs. Together we determine the best program for you based on your immediate area of impact. Pre-designed programs as well as custom programs are available in 1-, 3-, or 6-month options. Once you decide to move forward, we set a schedule to meet. Sessions can take place in-person, on the phone, or over zoom.
One Size Does NOT Fit All!
It is important to know that YOU lead the process. We focus on the areas that are most important to you and then work together to find simple steps that align with your values. Everyone is unique - we call this BIO INDIVIDUALITY. It is critical to find solutions that resonate with your unique mind and body. This is one of the reasons that most diets fail, either in the short-term or the long-term. They don't take into account that each person needs different nutrients, has different rhythms, and finds joy in different flavors. I will help you find YOUR wellness.
