Health Coaching: Smalls Steps to Healthy Habits
When we are not reaching our goals or tapping into our potential, life feels out of sync. It is often because we have created roadblocks in our life, whether we know it or not. We repeat habits that are not aligned with our values & are disappointed when we don't grow, change, or evolve. Why do we do this? Change seems hard. Sometimes we don't know what to do instead, so we keep doing what we know. Perhaps we are not fully aware of our habits and how they shape our life.
Health Coaching is an opportunity to explore your current life, identify your values & goals, and create a realistic plan (with support) that is aligned with your lifestyle. I will support you in taking SMALL STEPS, steps so small they might sometimes feel silly. It's very hard to talk yourself out of doing something that is very small. And by building on successful small steps, you create change that is aligned with your lifestyle and sustainable over time.
Health Coaching looks different for everyone. One person may want to focus on incorporating more physical activity & healthy eating while another may need to establish boundaries at work or at home, and yet another person may feel a little lost in life and may want to explore their relationship with themself.
